Teens are able to attend the fight & fitness sessions as well as the specific Teen sessions. Kids are only able to attend Kids sessions.

This is a graded program, kids & teens must do a minimum of 3 classes per week to continue grading progression. The ages are a rough guide, kids will be offered the option to be moved into the teen program once they are ready.

 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MEMBERSHIPS:

  1. Membership payments are a weekly direct debit. 

  2. Sessions do not roll over to the following week.

  3. All memberships automatically roll over to another period unless 30 days written notice to cancel a membership is provided.

  4. 6 month memberships can be put on hold for a total of 6 weeks in the 6 month period

  5. Any membership holds taken will extend the length of your membership for however long it was on hold for.

  6. All membership hold requests must be made in writing with 7 business days notice before your direct debit is due to ensure the hold is in place before this time.
